08.55, Abu Dhabi: The design marvel that is the main stand of Sheikh Zayed Stadium, never ceases to amaze. It stands like an ivory disc, a pristine white spaceship in the middle of the all-wide desert.

Afghanistan have arrived. Last time they were here, in November 2009, they took the ACC Twenty20 Cup back with them.

Scotland don't want to lose today. But against this team they may have to.
